香飲（Scented Beverage）とは、「飲む思い出」。

五感の中でも、香りは記憶に残り、感情を呼び起こします。

美味しい食事やスイーツは、空間や会話によって、より楽しいひとときになります。

そこに、シチュエーションや季節の素材、料理やスイーツの香りに合わせて設計したドリンクを組み合わせることで、自然に心に残る、印象的な食体験をつくります。

香飲家は、香りを活かしたドリンク開発のスペシャリストとして、店舗・ホテル・レストラン・商品開発・イベントなど、さまざまな環境に合わせた「香飲」を提案・開発・教育・提供しています。

「香飲」は、カクテルを再現するモクテルではありません。
