フルーツの加工会社 タカ食品工業様と香飲家が共同開発したドリンク用フルーツピューレ
Fruit puree for drinks jointly developed by Taka Foods, a fruit processing company, and Kou in ka.
■「日本産 カベルネソーヴィニョン」(Japanese Cabernet Sauvignon)
ワイン用の葡萄品種。
カベルネソーヴィニョンのワインと同じ香りを楽しんでいただきたいという思いから作りました。
ワイン用で消費されている為、ワイナリーに行かない限り食べることができない希少な葡萄です。
A wine grape variety.
We created this with the desire to let you enjoy the same aroma as Cabernet Sauvignon wine.
As it is consumed for making wine, it is a rare grape that can only be eaten by going to a winery.
■「日本産ブラッドオレンジ」(Japanese Blood Orange)
酸味と香りの良い柑橘で果肉の色はより濃いタロッコ品種のみで作りました。
It is made exclusively from the Tarocco variety, a citrus fruit with a sour taste and good fragrance and a darker flesh color.
■「日本産あまおう」(Japanese Amaou)
あまおうはいちごの中でも香りがよく、果肉も赤いため綺麗な赤色のドリンクに仕上がります。
Amaou strawberries have a good fragrance and their flesh is red, making for a beautiful red drink.
香りが強く、加糖していない為、そのまま使用するよりも割って使用しやすいです。
ドリンク(アルコール、ノンアルコール問わず)のベース、スイーツ、サラダのドレッシング、料理のソースと幅広く活用が可能です。
It has a strong aroma and is not sweetened, so it is easier to dilute it and use it as is.
It can be used in a wide range of applications, such as a base for drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), sweets, salad dressings, and cooking sauces.
